Bendheim Wall Systems interior frame systems are designed for single and double glazed installations in vertical and horizontal configurations. Every system is designed and engineered for the demands of its specific application, meeting or exceeding strict U.S. building code requirements.
All frames are available in Class 1 Clear Anodized. All systems may be custom finished in paint, wood grain, and faux finish. All vertical systems may be custom curved.
Bendheim's unique interior frame designs permit "dry-joint" assembly, which may eliminate wet silicone sealants thus speeding installation while reducing labor and material costs normally associated with these systems. The systems may also qualify as moveable partitions permitting accelerated tax depreciation (consult your tax advisor).
Bendheim offers the only system accommodating a tip-to-tip glass installation for cleaner, minimal glass joints.
Interior Vertical

Interior Vertical wall systems allow for virtually never-ending glass partitions - from 10' wide to over 500' wide, the channels provide uninterrupted spans of glass with the ability to turn corners and accommodate serpentine designs.

Interior Horizontal
 |
Interior Horizontal partitions may require only the bottom channels to be tempered (safety) glass with all the remaining pieces to be standard annealed glass, thus offering a great project savings.

I-41 System
The I-41 System is designed to accommodate double glazed 41mm (1-5/8") flange channel glass or single glazed 60mm (2-3/8") flange channels. The I-41 may be curved to accommodate serpentine designs.

I-60 System
The I-60 System is designed to accommodate double glazed 60mm (2-3/8") flange channels and the unique tip-to-tip 41mm (1-5/8") flange channel application. The I-60 may be curved to accommodate serpentine designs. It is also used for straight, horizontal double glazed 60 mm glass configurations.

STC Rating: The interior systems have been tested in a "worst case" scenario with the 41mm channels in a dry-joint assembly achieving an STC of 34. Single glazed systems are not tested.
